China imposes anti-dumping tariffs on US and EU overlays
The Chinese Ministry of Commerce (MoC) announced
that it had imposed anti-dumping tariffs on wear resistant
overlay imports from the US and EU as of 13 December
2006. Customs code No.
48043900) range from 4.1% to 42.8% and will last 5
years. Wear resistant overlays are used to boost the
durability of laminate flooring.
