ARTEK will focus its 2012 Milan exhibition to Salone del Mobile

Artek will focus its 2012 Milan exhibition on the work of Ilmari Tapiovaara, with emphasis on the Kiki collection.
The show also marks the launch of the Lento Lounge collection by Harri Koskinen, and the TW002 pendant light by Tapio Wirkkala that was originally introduced in 1951.
Furthermore, the exhibition features selected Alvar Aalto classics in bare birch.
The spatial installation of Artek’s booth 16/D26 is curated and designed by Mike Meiré.
Artek Productios 2012: Artek proudly presents a documentary film about Ilmari Tapiovaara: “A chair is not just a seat – it is the key to the whole interior”.
