Egger Group will take over the Russian particle board manufacturer Gagarinskiy Fanerniy Zavod at Gagarin, 150 km west of Moscow: the purchase contract was signed on May 20th.
The Gagarin site includes a raw particleboard line with a capacity of 500,000 m³, a further processing capacity of 20 million square meters as well as a forest company with about 80,000 hectares.
